Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors like weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Some products take longer to custom make and will note that on page.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or promotions. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact info].

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes items may be damaged or lost in transit. To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include your order number, photos of the damaged item (if applicable), and any other relevant details in your message.

9. No Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and the challenges of processing returns, we have a No Returns Policy. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions:

- Wrong Items Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, wrong size/color, or dissatisfaction with the product.
